Weirdest Banner Ad. Ever

Watching the Lindsay Lohan mess on TV is annoying, but not nearly as annoying as Internet banner ads. Someone has decided to cash in on both and create this amusing (yet weird) Lindsay banner ad titled “Celebrity Surgery.”
